LabRole Analyzer provides digital analysis of job descriptions. The service includes free analysis features and optional paid "Deep Analysis" digital features, such as keyword insights and project suggestions ("Paid Features"). The purpose is to provide informational and educational guidance.

3. User Obligations

You are responsible for the validity of any job description text or URL you submit.
You agree to use the insights and recommendations critically and responsibly, as a supplement to your own judgment.
You are responsible for how you use the generated content in your personal career documents.

4. Payments for Paid Features

Some features require a one-time payment. By purchasing, you agree to pay the specified fee. Payments are processed through secure third-party processors.

5. No Refund Policy for Digital Products

All Purchases Are Final

All purchases of digital analysis features on LabRole Analyzer are final and non-refundable.

When you purchase a feature, you are paying for a digital service that is delivered instantly. Because the product is a digital good and the analysis is generated on-demand, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

To ensure fairness, payment is only requested when our tool has high confidence it can deliver a valuable analysis. By proceeding with a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

LabRole Analyzer provides informational tools only. Use of the Platform does not, under any circumstances, guarantee job interviews, employment offers, or any form of career advancement. 7. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee that every job description will be analyzable. Some content may be inaccessible, restricted, or unsuitable for processing.
Project suggestions are for guidance only. They do not guarantee job selection or academic success. The outcome depends entirely on your own effort and execution.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (design, text, tool logic) are the exclusive property of LabRole Analyzer and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our written permission. See our Copyright notice for details.

9. Prohibited Use
